Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Vectoad Ltd (placeholder) ("Vectoad", "we"). By creating an account or using Vectoad you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Vectoad for a company, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

Vectoad is a registry that stores, reviews, versions and delivers icon sets. You must give accurate details, keep your password and API tokens secret, and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your tokens.

Content lives in workspaces. Owners and admins manage members, roles and settings; reviewers approve changes; members propose them. Whoever holds a role in a workspace can act within it, so choose roles carefully. Changes only reach a released version after review.

You keep ownership of the icons and other content you upload. You give us a licence to host, process (for example clean up and lint), version and deliver it as the service requires, including to the people and systems you allow to receive it.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload content you don't have permission to use. Public sets are public: once released, anyone can read and download them, and released icon names and workspace addresses are kept permanently so installed packages keep working.

• Don't upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, including unsafe SVG.
• Don't attack, probe or overload the service, or evade rate limits.
• Don't share tokens in public places or use another person's account.

API tokens carry the scopes you give them and can be revoked at any time. We apply rate limits to protect the service and may change them. Tokens can never approve changes: review stays with people.

Vectoad is in early access and free to use. Features may change, break or be removed. We will announce paid plans with notice, and show prices before anything is charged. You will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.

You can stop using Vectoad and delete your workspace at any time; its files are then purged from our storage. Released versions are plain SVG files, a sprite and a manifest you can download before you leave. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it (nothing, during free early access). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Country (placeholder), and disputes go to the courts of City, Country (placeholder), unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
